Environmentally safe inorganic solidification material "Doronko Series"

High water content mud and slurry can be solidified safely and quickly.

The inorganic solidifying material "Doronko Series," developed by our company, exhibits excellent solidification properties for all types of construction-generated soil, mud water, and sludge. Treatment of sludge with "Doronko" does not require a dewatering device and can instantly granulate and solidify within minutes through a mixing and stirring machine. This appropriate granulation and solidification treatment technology enhances usability, allowing it to be "self-utilized" or "sold for profit," while also being effective as a planting substrate for greening and as a soil improvement material.

Inorganic curing material "Doronko EPX"

It demonstrates excellent solidification properties for various construction-generated soil, mud water, and sludge.

The "Mud Solid EPX" is a solidifying agent for improving agricultural fields, soil for greening, and the bottom sediment of ponds (organic soil) while considering the impact on rivers, groundwater, and other environments. In muddy water, the polymer mixture quickly granulates soil particles, while Si and Ca components absorb water, and Mg components initiate hydration reactions, leading to solidification reactions. The strength of the solidified treatment soil is comparable to that of third-class construction generated soil. 【Features】 ■ The solidified treatment soil does not re-mud or liquefy. ■ The pH of the solidified treatment soil decreases to neutral levels after about two weeks of curing. ■ The solidified treatment soil can be reused as a base material for agricultural fields, soil for biotopes, and for greening purposes. ■ The solidifying agent alone meets soil environmental standards (26 items) and passes fish toxicity tests. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
